• HR Generalist: Provides HR services and support in one or more areas of human resources, including recruiting, compensation/benefits, employee relations, etc. Areas of responsibility include HR policy/guideline development and interpretation, resolving employee grievance issues, new employee orientation, organizational and employee development, etc. May also act as a strategic business partner to assigned operating unit, including counseling senior management on people-related initiatives.
• Compensation: Develops and implements compensation programs both domestically and internationally within assigned business groups. Responsibilities include hands-on delivery and administration in partnership with HR, Finance, and Sales. Incumbent will manage all base pay, incentive pay, performance management, and job evaluation initiatives.
• Employee Relations & Governance: Develops and administers proactive programs, procedures and policies related to employee relations activities. Responsibilities include auditing the organization to identify employee relations issues, investigating formal employee complaints and making recommendations to resolve issues, and compiling statistical reports and information. Ensures that legal requirements are met in terms of employee relations to minimize exposure to liability.
Our future colleague should have an excellent level of French and English language skills, very good office pack knowledge. We expect you to have an administrative background, preferably (but not compulsory) in the HR field.
