Job description:
As part of our project delivery team, you will be in charge of deploying the MIND billing software solution for major telecom providers around the world.
Therefore you will:
- Install and configure the MIND billing software according to the customer’s requirements;
- Analyze, understand and advise customers in implementing their business requirements using the MIND billing software;
- Perform migrations from legacy billing systems into MIND;
- Troubleshoot and solve technical issues during deployment: this implies working and maintaining a close relationship with the customer, the R&D, Testing and other MIND departments;
- Work closely with the Deployment Manager to ensure proper deliveries, according to the scope and schedule;
- Provide training and consultancy to our customers;
- Document the customer configuration.
This position requires worldwide travel for medium duration periods.
- Graduate in Computer Science or related field;
- Good experience working with relational databases and good SQL knowledge;
- Basic knowledge of Internet protocols and computer networking technologies;
- Basic knowledge of using UNIX/Linux environments;
- Experience in software projects implementation, software technical support, software development or billing for telecom is a valuable asset;
- Good investigation/troubleshooting abilities;
- Good verbal and written skills in English;
- Organized person, able to adapt to different tasks and to focus on the project schedule and objectives;
- Availability to travel on customer site for medium periods of time.
