Responsibilities:
* Help our L1 and L2 support engineers
* Provide troubleshooting and technical support for recurrent and not so difficult problems
* Learn all the ‘ins and outs’ of the product and services offered to properly assist users with selecting the appropriate subscription plan for their needs;
To succeed in this role you must be positive, self–starting, goal oriented, outcome focused, and results driven with the following traits:
* Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
* High Energy, optimistic outlook and positive attitude;
* Empathetic approach to troubleshooting and customer service;
* Proactive, smart and reliable
* Organized
* Quick learner, willing to take initiative;
* Strong listening skills and analytic abilities;
* No previous experience is required.
