The role – Legal Adviser
We are looking for a Contracts Management Specialist so join our team in Iasi. You will be providing legal consultancy to one of our major lines of business and working within an international team spread all over Europe
Responsibilities:
- ensuring on-going contractual administration for international outsourcing projects
- monitor contractual obligations and Service Level Agreements
- supporting management decisions by providing contractual advice in points of conflict, contractual claims
- liaise between corporate legal department and the accounts Management
- provide assessments on different areas of the contracts to support cost savings or cost avoidance
- drafting and/or support the drafting of contracts, amendments and extensions to existing contracts
Desired background:
- Previous experience /knowledge of the outsourcing/IT business;
- Preferable with a legal background;
- Commercial contracts administration experience; and/or
- Contracts audit and compliance experience
