This role is for an administrator, ideally with a knowledge of marketing but not essential, who is well organised, pays attention to detail and is proactive in what they do. The candidate should have a strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and be able to use it to produce reports. A knowledge of purchasing would be an advantage but not essential as is a knowledge of Salesforce.com.
Marketing Plan
Understand the Marketing Plan and its deliverables
Assist in the execution of the plan
Provide purchasing support for marketing-related items including raising purchase orders, receipting of goods/services, processing invoices through accounting
Assist with the maintenance of accurate records to ensure marketing remains within budget
Campaign & Event Management & Lead Generation
Develop, maintain & evolve a database of target organisations & contacts to assist with pipeline generation
Manage leads generated by campaigns, distributing to the sales team, loading onto the CRM System
Monitor and progress the opportunities through the sales cycle and report on the same
Provide campaign reporting to determine return on investment is being acheived
Collateral & Sales Tools
Develop and maintain the online staff portal for each line of business, in in-country languages
Develop and maintain a web-based portal to allow us to deliver information and communicate effectively with our clients
Assist with the design and distribution of internal and external communications
Brand
Assist in ensuring that all lines of business within the Services organisation meet the current Xerox brand guidelines
Promote the brand and key messages both internally to the wider organisation and externally
Web
Assist with the design and development of content for the websites to support the lead generation campaigns
Provide reporting on the Search Engine Optimisation Plan to help determine the evolution of the plan
