● Works with the necessary Marketing Tools to configure and implement campaigns;
● Works closely with Analytics Specialists, Campaign Managers, Digital & Event Specialists to support and enable campaigns / activities from a tools perspective;
● Sends emails using preselected audiences through the marketing automation tool;
● Manages the program system requirements;
● Innovates new approaches to using data, tools, and processes to improve business results.

As a Marketing Campaign Specialist you act as an extension to the Performance Marketing team for a particular country within Europe.
The role requires an understanding of the demand generation campaign planning process and assists the country team with campaign planning in our marketing tool set, as well as tactic execution. You will implement the campaign and tactic decisions of the Performance Marketing team. You will cover sending out invitations, set up response lead plan, upload responses and attendee data and, monitor interactions and responses and make real time adjustments to improve campaigns.
You will be responsible for ensuring all deadlines are met for on-time in-market delivery of campaigns through completion of all marketing tools, that the management system is set up for campaigns within the marketing automation tool, that all planning information is complete to enable tracking of results.
Requirements:
● Knowledge/understanding of marketing disciplines, preferably direct marketing and lead management;
● Previous experience in Marketing execution, preferably on campaign, direct marketing management an advantage;
● Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems, Economics, Marketing (last one preferred) ;
● Affinity for tools, preferably CRMs, email marketing and/or planning related. IBM Unica and Cognos an advantage;
● Adaptive to a multicultural environment, working with geographically spread teams;
● Good time management and communication skills;
● Excellent English language skills (written and spoken). Second additional language like French or German an advantage;
