Job description:
-Answering phones and inputting information into data dispatch system
-Inputting journey details from E-mail bookings into data dispatch system
-Booking appointments, liaising with clients and drivers and all associated tasks
-To operate the booking system effectively
-Dealing with customer queries
-Be able to handle the situation at all times and act accordingly

Ideal candidate should have :
-Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Good telephone manner with a clear voice
- Typing ability with accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous work experience in client relationships is a plus
-Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure
-Excellent time management
-Ability to work under own initiative - MUST have an 'eye' for detail
-Proficient in MS Office
-Persuasive and confident individual who can adapt to different circumstances
