The role- Operations Manager
The Operations Manager (Expert Services) is responsible for overall performance of the solutions and capabilities delivery outside of Support or Contact Centers such as Testing, Training, Analysis & Consulting, etc. Maintain sustainable profits, client relations and expectations, developing and coaching team members and / or Team Leads, and ensuring that company goals are met and delivered.
Key accountabilities
Manage the Contact Center in a manner consistent with the WDS Way;
Encourages career development through the use of the Talent Management Programme;
Serve customers effectively;
Customer Engagement and Development;
Creates an environment that encourages innovation.
Proficiency in English.
Technical understanding of Applications, Device, Network and Problem;
An understanding of specific customers and customer segments;
Technical understanding of Programming languages, Methodologies, Testing methodologies and IT;
Project Management Knowledge and Skills;
Manages self and people effectively;
Delivers results by managing resources effectively;
Applying financial awareness and judgment;
Negotiation, account management, customer relationship management and selling skills.
