Responsible for individual teams performance management;
SLAs and KPIs monitoring;
Identifying causes for non-achievement of SLAs and developing solutions;
Conducting regular meetings with the support teams to ensure that the internal SLAs are met;
Review and analyze performance reports and monitor compliance adherence through timely audits;
Ensure process compliance with all business rules and regulatory directives, and adherence to all operational processes and procedures;
Analyze and effectively respond to clients’ needs, emerging trends and best practices.
An ideal Candidate on this position needs to be experienced Operations Manager with 2-3 years of professional experience on similar position (preferably in Service Centre environment) who speaks fluent French & English and has University degree.
We are looking for well-organized individuals with analytical thinking and continuous improvement mind set along with outstanding people management skills.
