Role scope:
To support the Centre, UK & DACH Technology/GDO Pricing Teams in providing the infrastructure and environment with which to do their job, as well as picking up primary responsibility for Pricing Analysis.
Reporting and Analyst Activities
• Producing monthly report for the bids activities
• Carry out monthly Pricing Analysis for all LOB’s, feeding back detailed reports on Winning Price
• Project involvement / support pricing and working across functionally with other support groups.
• Pro-actively support the continuous improvement of the Pricing approval process.
Bids Support Activities
• Provide support to Pricing Executives
• Quarterly Price Books maintenance, ensuring new products are included and communicated to the Sale force accordingly, and end of life products are removed and communicated likewise
• DACH specific - Producing TCO calculation from the SPM Tool
• Centre specific – Updating pricing and cost file for the SPM Tool
GDO Services
• Validating, compiling and reporting on Contract Signings values (Revenue and GP) against Contract packs.
• Ensuring data in Salesforce.com, matches Contract Values and closing down deals at month end.
• Submitting signings MML to XE and the Variable Earning Centre, liaising with Sales Support to ensure Revenue and Profit projections are correctly reported/aligned for commission purposes.
• Send welcome letters along with customer contracts to customers once Order Intake closes
• Update contract end date in CLM after Order Intake closes
• Working with the Centre team to maintain the EPS Pricing Tool and distribution to the EPS Specialists.
• UK specific - Assisting the GDO Governance Manager in support of BMMP processes and analytics
