The role: Quality Assurance Analyst
Job purpose & objectives
Responsible for auditing the end-to-end processes of the Talent Acquisition team to ensure compliance with company regulation, OFCCP as well as all other regulatory bodies globally. The Quality Assurance Analyst will audit the tasks completed by all members of the Talent Acquisition team which will include the review of the data entered in the ATS system, ATS reports and New Hire Documentation
Duties will include:
• A review of the ATS (Taleo) application to ensure consistency with the policies and procedures.
• An audit of New Hire paperwork to ensure that all the required documentation were received, retained and are favorable per compliance requirements inclusive of background and medical testing.
• Detailed review of ATS reports to identify inconsistences.
• Work closely with the Project Managers to correct issues identified.
• Provide detailed findings to Quality Assurance Manager escalating breaches identified.
• Prepare reports indicating frequency and trends.
• Will be required to travel to various locations to complete the audit process. 25% travel required.
• All other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills: oral, written and listening skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Ability to work with remote team members and other departments such as HR, the XIA Legal department etc.
• Highly organized and able to prioritize and manage multiple critical functions for effective and efficient completion of tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Work with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work both collaboratively with team members as well as autonomously on projects and tasks
• Ability to exercise a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Flexibility to deal with changing schedules and priorities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft suite to be able to create simple reports including pivot tables.
