The primary responsibility of this position is to assess the quality of the process execution by other contractors and the quality of their deliverables based on predefined checklists and additional information provided by the customer (e.g. specific information about the application, release, contractor etc).
Main accountabilities
Performing quality control on:
Document deliverables from other contractors
Service levels of other contractors
Conformance tests on other contractors premises
Reporting on the quality of control activities (timelines, non-compliances, improvement opportunities, risks, problems/issues that were observed etc)
Performing quality reviews of document deliverables (verification of the document on formal aspects, internal consistency, language etc)
Excellent English communication skills
Analytical mindset and ability to perform structured assessment of process execution or deliverables
Willingness to travel to locations of other contractors in Romania and across Europe
