Implementing quality strategies/systems and developing initiatives to improve work processes;
Performing corrective action investigations, determining root causes and defining corrective/preventive action measures;
Suggesting training programs, as required, to improve performance;
Performing internal audits on the quality system and reporting findings with request for corrective actions;
Communicating and interacting effectively with all levels of the organization and with external auditors/customers;
Update current system procedures;
Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization;
Monitoring performance and increasing constantly efficiency by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
University degree;
At least 10 years’ experience in a software company;
Experience/knowledge in quality management systems;
Excellent analytical skills, organizational, and follow up skills;
Problem solving skills;
Excellent written and verbal communications skills;
Ability to work independently;
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Power Point - will need to be able to chart and graph trends able to create metrics, tracking and monitoring;
Good command of English.
