Reports to the Recruitment Manager for day to day operations and Head of Resourcing Europe (line manager responsibilities)
• Relationships with all levels of management across the business
• Use recruitment technology for all activity in recruitment process
Purpose of the role:
To be responsible for sourcing candidates externally for approved roles, managing all direct applicants from direct advertising, giving feedback to each candidate in a professional and timely manner, and coordinaing the recruitment process for internal mobility candidates and employee referrals.
