We are looking for two Recruitment Administrative Assistants to join our company’s wide recruiting efforts in Romania.
As our future colleagues you will mainly be performing recruitment related administrative tasks such as
Candidates data base administration
Daily HRIS (Taleo) update for Recruiters
Daily Sharepoint update for Recruiters
Compiling company information and related material and distributing to applicants
Preparing recurring reports and presentations as required (eg on-boarding reports for future employees)
Assisting in background screening for future employees
Assisting senior recruiting staff with job fairs and college recruiting events
All other duties as assigned
How will you know if you are a good fit for the job?
You speak very good English
You have a proven track record of dealing with administrative tasks (may it be as a volunteer or as an administrative clerk)
You have had or are not shy about having international exposure
You are reliable and have a strong work ethic
