• Meet customers when necessary and maintain and develop relationships with them
• Support the client providing training on the metering service tools and on the service delivery specifications, collecting requirements and expectations
• Identify new business opportunities with the existing clients
• Promote new metering services
• Maintain regular communication with all strategic metering clients by developing and delivering services
• Identify sales opportunities, pipelines and proactively support sales planning
• Meet clients presenting metering services
• Identify client’s requirements in order to coordinate service set up
• Support commercial negotiations and presenting terms of agreement
• Produce accurate and rapid costs calculations, provide customers with quotations and respond to quotation requests
• Ensure that all new and existing clients have the appropriate agreements in place
• University degree
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Minimum of 2 years professional experience in technical or analytic role
• Good communication skills and team player attitude
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and high level of expertise in Excel
