The role: Reporting Analyst (SalesForce.com)
Salesforce.com is a business critical application and the Administrator is the regional centre of competence and skill regarding the tool. The purpose of this role is to administer the system and ensure that all users are fully supported to maximise their efficiency through championing, training and development of the tool in conjunction with our Global team
The role supports the achievement of one of our new business signings plan, renewals plan and the ESR plan. The Administrator supports a sales community across Europe of approximately 800 licence holders. Salesforce.com is a business critical system that supports the sales management process across Europe
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES and JOB SPECIFIC TASKS
• Project work – work with BU leadership team and Global SFDC team in project implementation of any new functionality development
• Support BU Europe Sales management and Europe based global sales teams to improve adoption and data quality – troubleshoot issues
• Support Global Accounts and Alliances management in relation to SFDC and have a good knowledge of their accounts and work processes in order to answer queries
• Create and manage the Global Directory and distribute
• Create, manage and update on a regular basis, dashboards and reports in SFDC
• Responsibility for data management and data quality within SFDC
• Provide reporting from Hoovers database when required
• Coach, train and support in country Administrators where required – ensure good lines of communication with them
• Represent BU at the Global Change Control Board and European Change Control Board– submitting and championing change requests and managing them through to implementation
• User training support across Europe – new user induction training, refresher training, new functionality training – creation of training materials
• Maintain a good knowledge of Xerox business strategy, rules and processes (current and future) to ensure that SFDC is able to support them
• Work with IM team to update system changes and create and manage CR’s via the Integrity System
• Be centre of competence across Europe for Chatter and SFDC
• Act as back up for IP student in relation to providing all matters of reporting for daily signings/outlook calls/SLT slides
• Manage and maintain the Xerox Services shared opportunities in SFDC
• Attend monthly outlook calls to provide support to the team and update SFDC as and where required
