Role Scope
The role supports the achievement of the LEO and GCO business plans. Salesforce.com is a business critical system that supports the sales management process. The Administrator supports the sales communities across the countries.

Major Responsibilities
- SFDC user training and support across region – new user induction training, refresher training, new functionality training, daily usage
- SFDC user administration
- Account administration – setting up accounts, account teams, opportunities, firmographics , DUNS
- Perform contact cleaning - reporting and cleaning of contact data
- Creation, processing, distribution and management of SFDC reports – on ad-hoc and regular basis
- Maintain and ensure high data quality within SFDC
- Ensure data coherence and consistency between SFDC, the local ERP system and other interrelated systems – account segmentation, coverage alignment, MIF uploads, cross reference alignment
- Maintain a good knowledge of Xerox business strategy, rules and processes (current and future) to ensure that SFDC reflects it for each country
- Support marketing campaigns and lead management/processing – contact selection, campaign setup, lead processing
- Represent countries at SFDC communities – submitting and championing change requests, participation in ECCB meetings

- Language Skills: English - Fluent in written and spoken
German skills would be a plus

- Experience of working within sales environment
- Good verbal/written communication skills
- PC and IT literate
- Effective listening
- Good presentation & training skills
- Experience of Salesforce.com (SFDC)
- Excel skills
- Training and/or sales experience
