An ideal position for a professional sales person who is comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, communicate with new clients on a daily basis, sell corporate services on the international market and grow the existing business. The individual will develop his or her phone-based revenue generation through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sourcing prospective clients;
- Cold calling potential clients;
- Generate and develop non-customer accounts in order to increase revenue, through cold calling;
- Collaborate with sales team to optimize best practices;
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; develop solutions; prepare reports; make recommendations to management;
- Finding new ways to approach local market and close clients;
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, monthly and annual territory analyses and maintaining expense accounts;
- Perform updating and maintenance of customer database including contact names, e-mail and contact numbers for future sales.
- Strong phone and communication skills mandatory;
- Sales forecasting and customer service skills;
- Excellent command of English, a second foreign language will be an advantage (German/French);
- Effective time management, organization and multi-tasking skills;
- Entrepreneurial attitude;
- Great team player who works well under pressure;
- Outside sales experience would be an advantage;
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, and able to work well individually and within a team atmosphere.
