The Sales Support acts in the context of the Sales process and provides proactively and efficiently support to the sales community.
Scope:
The Sales Support is the primary interface within the business between new and existing customer and our sales and business support organizations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Receiving queries for Sales organization and effective distribution to the relevant sales person or business organization.
- Kickoff organization for equipment deployments.
- Equipment installation coordination (mock-up, cookbook…).
- Equipment installation planning and customer training .
- Communicating with XPS coordinators.
- Receiving claims and demands (consumables, invoices, technical issues, MACD) from customers and effective distribution to the relevant sales person or business organization, verification of completion.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- Professional telephone manner and written communication
- French as a spoken and written language
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to interact with web based software tools, extract data from and upload data into these tools, and search information
