Purpose:
The Big Machines Team Leader acts in the context of the order process and provides proactively and efficiently support to the sales community, transition managers and service delivery managers .
Scope:
The Big Machines Team Leader is responsible for the organization of the Big Machines team. He manages initialization and preparation activities before quote creation into the system..
Main Responsibilities:
1 Organization and supervision of Big Machines system activities done by the team.
2 Project initialization and creation of the package for quote creation.
3 Preparation of activity by verifying data provided by sales (including addresses verification and demand for addresses creation if needed).
4 Team training (on all the process Big Machines system)
5 Back up organization when vacancies.
6 Monthly reporting of BM activities.
Minimum Management, Autonomous
Minimum Good communication skills by email and phone
Minimum Rigorous and strong skills in actions monitoring
Minimum French and English: fluent
Minimum MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word), Outlook, Internet and facility in handling between different interfaces and /or systems
