1. POSITION PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF WORK:
Provides assistance for SAP technical incidents
Responsible for ongoing support, SLA's, and enhancement of applications
Maintains business functions and combines that Develops use cases, test plans, test scripts and test cases
Requirement gathering, functional specs creation
Executes test plans and test scripts, cases to ensure system changes are aligned with business requirements
Through a wide range of business knowledge is able to serve as a key resource to coordinate and resolve SAP issues.
2. REQUIREMENTS
Business process (Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash) knowledge
Experience supporting customers remotely is an advantage
Analytical thinking
Willing to learn
Excellent English skills
Positive attitude
Good Communication and follow up skills required
University Bachelor degree in Economics or Technical
