1. POSITION PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF WORK:
- In coordination with Service Desk (level 1), central team (OnShore coordination) and India team (in charge of Messaging Level 3 and especially on the Messaging server management), Level 2 Analyst will have to manage the support and the administration level 2 of the solution Exchange.
- Messaging User Management and Troubleshooting, Exchange Server 2010
- Providing second line technical support for more complex incidents received from the 1st line incident handlers, in respect of clients/ services supported,
- RSA Management
- Taking hot calls from 1st line incident handlers when advanced troubleshooting is required
- MS Office Standard Suite Advanced Troubleshooting
- Active Directory Management – Computer, User, Groups, ACL
- Network connectivity troubleshooting
- Participate in technically demanding KG / KT sessions on the Desk
2. REQUIREMENTS:
- Good skills and experience on Exchange 2010 and Outlook 2007/2010 support and administration
- Experience on Devices support to be synchronized to Messaging system.
- Windows Server : 2000, 2003, 2008
- Windows Client : XP, Vista, Seven
- Internet Explorer : configuration & parameters
- Exchange/Outlook : 2003, 2007, 2010
- MS Office Suites : 2003, 2007, 2010
- MS Certifications recommended
- Active Directory Services
- Very good knowledge of English and French;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Good relational and practical sense;
- Flexible, well-motivated team player, ability to work under pressure.
