We are looking for a strong recruitment leader to help support our team of In-house recruiters, based across four locations – Romania, Poland, Spain and France. This is a demanding role that will require you to balance the people management with the day to day recruitment needs of our organisation. You will support the team, ensuring they are delivering professional and quality service to its internal customers. Leading and motivating the recruiters to meet their targets, you will be responsible for educating the team on recruitment best practice.


You will partner with the business, working closely with hiring managers and leaders of the business to provide an end to end recruitment solution. They will look to you for professional advice, support and guidance throughout the whole recruitment process, monitor service levels and maintaining cost effective service delivery.


CERINTE

To be considered for this role you will have solid recruitment background, ideally in a BPO environment, managing multi-language recruitment across various functions within the EMEA region. With this, you will bring knowledge of different sourcing methods, especially direct search and social media. You have experience of managing a large team and driving them towards achieving targets. You are also used to dealing with different cultures and languages and will be highly organized with the ability to manage your time and prioritise when working to tight deadlines. As a natural, persuasive and engaging communicator you will be able to deal with colleagues at all levels of an organization, develop strong business relationships and manage expectations. You must be a fluent English language speaker.
