- Work with other members of the creative team to ensure successful implementation and integration of assigned digital projects
- Develop and maintain clean, high quality, standards-compliant code that is cross-browser/cross-platform UI compatible as appropriate
- Help troubleshoot any associated issues with projects in development
- Maintain cutting edge knowledge of current and emerging technologies, industry trends and standards, modern web browser capabilities and compatibility issues
Programming & creative skills are considered a big plus, as we’ll need the developer to participate in new projects planning, brainstorming and creation of new processes using the latest technology available on the web.
- Two+ years in a front-end development role
- Demonstrated proficiency with web design and implementation
- Firm understanding of HTML 5, jQuery, CSS
- Proficient using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Fireworks
- Twitter Bootstrap framework knowledge is required
- Understanding of developing HTML emails for wide range of email clients
- Cross browser & platform compatibility (IE8+, Firefox, Safari on Win & OSX)
Useful to have/advantage
Experience with Marketing CMS/Automation tools ( Eloqua, Salesforce, Campaign commander, Unica, Marketo, PostFuture);
Photoshop designer level skills (Creative)
High-Level programming skills, server side scripting (VBA for Excel, PHP, Ruby, SQL)

Minimum of 2-3 years commercial web developing experience, preferably within an agency environment.
