RESPONSABILITATI

Support reporting processes
Effective communication with internal teams in multinational environment
Effective, accurate and timely processing requests
Reports automation based on Microsoft SQL Server Business Intelligence System & other tools (MS Office, VBA, Business Objects, others)
Helping Service Center teams in reports automation
Development and maintenance of reports & reporting data sources
Reporting environment support, development & maintenance (MS SQL, SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Integration Services)
Internal Service Centre reporting
Preparing reports for the management
Acting as a subject matter expert on reports and reporting tools (MS SQL, MS Excel, Business Objects/Crystal Reports, MS Access, Internal Ticketing Tools & other)
Liaison with various internal teams to support and improve reporting process


CERINTE

Fluent English is a must (verbal & writing)



Requirements:

Very good both written and verbal communication skills (understanding how to communicate difficult /sensitive information)
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and at least good knowledge of Excel VBA programming
Good knowledge of SQL or other database programming
Knowledge in the area of reporting
Preferable:
Reporting experience
Experience in Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Integration Services/ETL, SQL Server Analytics Services
Knowledge of Business Objects Reporting
Relational database programming/administration skills
MS .NET/C# skills
