We are looking for two Solution Architects to join our team in IASI. Our future colleagues will be responsible for the design of deal total solution. Working in close collaboration with senior sales, bid management and service delivery managers, internal and external partners, the Solution Architects will orchestrate and enable medium to large deal wins in both competitive and non- competitive proposal situations, and lead solution architecture work stream through deal closure and transition to handover to the service delivery teams.
The Solution Architects leads and is accountable for comprehensive, end-to-end solution design for all services proposals including global, multi-country and single country deals.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Supports Service Development Managers, Sales and Bid Managers in the presales phase of ACS/Xerox service(s) contract. Assists with the preparation and delivery of service contract proposals, bids and tenders.
Takes responsibility for all components input to solution design as well as to qualification and business approval meetings.
Takes responsibility for technical input to solution design as well as to qualification and business approval meetings. Shapes and architects technical proposals - working with partner(s) where relevant - to be commercially acceptable to the customer and proposing solution/service trade-offs where relevant.
Defines the approach to solution development, controlling scope and the work of the solution design team in order to ensure an acceptable cost structure. Able to articulate the entire solution to a client or partner on a technical and business level, clearly identifying benefits and risks.
Co-ordinates and engages the supporting shared services and Service Delivery teams - as well as ACS input where relevant - to develop seamless end to end solutions for customers.
Represents the company at customer forums, conferences, professional bodies to build the company's reputation in the market place. Known expert in one or more of ACS/DTPS service offers.
Establishes customer requirements for a solution building strong relationships with relevant stakeholders in Xerox, customer organization and partners. Acts as a major influence in the customer choosing ACS/Xerox.
Designs innovative solutions, and where required can manage the work of different specialists - including ACS and third parties - contributing to the design and implementation. Works with ACS/Xerox pursuit team to develop solutions and pricing.
Shares knowledge with colleagues to make a useful contribution to ACS/Xerox knowledge. Provides feedback to Service Development Managers to enable continuous improvement and learning from past experience. Updates and improves standard solution architect methodologies based on learning and customer requirements/feedback. Promotes knowledge sharing with other stakeholders.
May be responsible to lead the due diligence phase of bid pursuit and to validate and revise the solution as necessary.
Takes responsibility for own professional development. Additionally, contributes to the development of Solution Architect expertise and methodologies within ACS/DTPS by mentoring and coaching more junior colleagues. Supports talent acquisition activities
Relevant degree qualification
A proven track record in complex technology based outsourced business, having worked in solution architecting, service delivery management or other IT related business functions
Sound experience in designing technology based services and solutions in response to clients' key business drivers
Proven ability to innovate to provide services that improve client's business performance
Relevant language skills (English is a must, German is desirable)
