This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established international company, well known player in fashion retail, in the position of
STORE SUPERVISOR - IASI
with main responsibilities:
* To be responsible and accountable for the management of an area (one or more groups within the store);
* To manage and develop a team of staff to provide the highest standards of service to the customer;
* To maximize sales and minimize losses;
* In cooperation with the Store Manager establishes and achieves objectives for the departments of his/her responsibility;
* To provide advice and assistance to customers as required;
* To handle customer queries and complaints efficiently;
* To manage Stock availability in order to achieve the operating plan;
* To motivate staff to achieve high standards;
* To maintain the required standard of presentation and behavior within the store;
* To implement training program, as per company’s guidelines and available training material.
The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:
* University Degree will be considered an asset;
* 3 years working experience in the Retail sector, at least 6 months in a similar role or high potential to develop fast his/her managerial skills;
* Very good command of Romanian and English language;
* PC Literate;
* Decision-maker;
* Communicative and influential;
* Excellent communication skills;
* Self motivated
* Team player.
