-Answering phones/emails with price quotations and inputting information into an online data dispatch system
-Be able to provide quotes/make reservations for coach/minibus transfers , tours in London
-Inputting journey details from E-mail bookings into an online data dispatch system
-Maintaining a good collaboration with company's partners : travel agencies, tour operators
-Booking appointments, liaising with clients in all associated tasks
-Operating the booking system effectively
-Dealing with customer queries: by email, phone
-Be able to handle the situation at all times and act accordingly
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
-Good telephone manner with a clear voice
-Typing ability with accuracy
-Excellent customer service skills
-Previous work experience in customer service is a plus
-Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure
-Excellent time management
-Ability to work under own initiative - MUST have an 'eye' for detail
-Proficient in MS Office
-Persuasive and confident individual who can adapt to different circumstances
