The ideal candidate would have very good English skills (verbal and written) and also knowledge of:
- Windows troubleshooting;
- Windows services;
- Windows registry structure;
- Windows directory structure;
- Networking (basic knowledge);
- Firewall and Anti-Virus programs (usage, installation, configuration and troubleshooting);
Not mandatory, but it would be a plus:
- Enterprise software products working experience (usage, installation, configuration and troubleshooting);
