Job Role
Work within a team of implementation analysts to deliver a high quality data take-on for clients ‘new’ to GBA (Global Benefits Administration) business.
Duties:
• To positively contribute to the effectiveness of the implementation team so that it can provide a quality service to the Administration practice
• Actively participate in the completion of required project tasks.
• Ensure adherence to departmental service standards including the use of UAT (User Acceptance Testing ) systems and sign-off procedures.
• Assist the Senior Implementation Analyst with reporting progress of project related activity.
• Complete as necessary with the preparation of the mapping documents on data migration into GBA
• Complete the mapping of pension payroll data from pensions administration system into pensioner payroll application
• To peer review and ensure own work is peer reviewed as appropriate
• Acquire high-level knowledge of legislation and system functionality within the pension, benefits, and payroll and treasury areas
• Carry out such other duties as may be agreed from time to time.
Qualification and Skills
• Experience in working multiple platforms and databases
• Demonstrated experience importing and exporting data from a variety of database applications
• Experience in requirements analysis, database planning, data migration, conversion planning and execution
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and XML
• Experience with SQL query techniques and tuning SQL
• Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) tools and methodologies
• Good understanding of the ERP process -
• Experience of building Microsoft Access databases or similar data manipulation application essential
• MS Office (Excel) to advanced level
• Minimum two years’ experience, preferably within the Human Resources systems or Pension systems domain desirable
• Attention to detail essential.

• Ability to work productively as a Team member and experience of working in a project team essential
