• Build and lead a full-capability team (Front-End, Back-End etc.) for delivering digital projects
• You will develop n-tier web applications using Java frameworks: Spring (AOP, MVC, Webflow), Hibernate, Jetty. You will be able to develop alternative solutions to various programming problems and to evaluate them in collaboration with the development team.
• You will assist our Project Managers in developing relevant functional specifications.
• You will collaborate with other members of the digital development team (front-end developers, content managers) as well as designers for website development projects and for final validation of the product.
• You will collaborate with client representatives and team members of other agencies for integrating our products with third party systems (ERP/CRM, mobile communication systems, etc.).

KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS
• at least 4 years of experience in software development, preferably for web products;
• strong software development skills;
• sound domain knowledge of Java programming language (1.5, 1.6), JEE, Spring, Hibernate and deployment over Apache Tomcat or Jetty; a thorough understanding of web communication protocols like HTTP and SMTP and the request-response work flow, as well as XHTML and Document Object Model;
• proficiency with design patterns, data structures and algorithms;
• solid experience in working with SQL-based RDBMSs and XML (schemas, parsing, transforming with XSLT);
• English (at least working knowledge);
• relevant experience with Linux, Apache Commons, Maven
