Responsibilities
Integrated in our Support and Quality Assurance team, you will support our customers in the usage of the projects developed on top of the XWiki Platform. You will have the following missions:
* troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve issues reported by the XWiki customers
* provide support and technical solutions to our clients (via our customer portal, mail, instant messaging, phone)
* create, modify and enhance the XWiki documentation and the support knowledge base
* improve support tools and processes
* have a good understanding of the XWiki product and of the client environments
* log bugs and improvements in Jira
* fix bugs and learn various things about development
* ensure the highest quality of customer service


CERINTE

Required technical skills
* experience with troubleshooting and with bug-tracking tools (Jira, Bugzilla etc.)
* good knowledge of Open Source technologies and products
* medium programming / scripting skills and experience in working with databases
* working knowledge of web technologies (HTML, XML, Javascript, CSS, HTTP)
* familiarity with web server configuration (Apache Web server, Servlet containers)
* knowledge of the software development cycle

Other expected skills
* your verbal and written English skills allow a fluent communication with the international team
* French skills are needed also
* ability to multi-task, self-motivation and eagerness to learn
