The role: Test Coordinator
A Test Coordinator will work on international projects for new and existing customers within Xerox. This position will work closely within cross functional teams in a project environment managing test plans, lead testing activities and coordinating team activities involved in completing the tests. They will manage test activities end-to-end in multiple phases (SIT, UAT, ORT), across multiple projects using project management methodologies and available software and testing tools.
As a member of the European Project Management Office (PMO) your main responsibilities are:
• Participate in cross-functional teams engaged in new or existing projects, focused in meeting project objectives within expected dates, quality and budget. Focused on the delivery of new or existing projects.
• Responsible for the Test planning and preparation. Designing Test plans and coordinate Test preparation activities (setup of tools, accesses, testers)
• Hold Test status meetings and provide status reporting as appropriate to Project members and Xerox Leadership
• Be client facing for UAT and ORT testing, as well for Interface testing activities
• Meet and comply with internal procedures and policies, as well as project methodology SPARK-ITS®
• Lead team meeting and project meetings as required.
• Bachelor/Master degree in a Business Administration or Economics area related studies
• Min 3 years of experience working in Project environment. BPO environment preferable.
• Experienced in similar role as Test coordinator/Test manager
• Experience with Project Management methodology. Strong skills in Excel. Any experience in testing software e.g. HPQC a strong advantage
• Client oriented, results driven and proactive, excellent team working and people management skills.
• Fluency in English
• Another European language (German, French, Spanish) will be an advantage
• Excellent analytical, organization and communication skills
