Purpose of the role:
He/She will be in regular contact with customers IT contacts by phone and email and internally with the asset co team.
In addition, He/She will give regular support to XPS coordinator in France for the new go live process (new projects).
He/she works efficiently with all the Xerox participants (Sales, XPS Specialist, Technical specialists & Engineers, Admin, Logistics, CSO, GCC, XPS Fleet Executive, etc,) in respect with their own scope of responsibility..
Contributes efficiently in improving customer satisfaction.
Is in charge of escalation issues and/or incidents, with GCC and/or XPS Champion. Guarantees that XPS implementation is done in good conditions, in respect with the planning agreed with his counterparts (Logistics, Sales/Presales, Technical, Admin).
Can also be a country SPOC (single point of contact) for XPS multi-country rollout (when France is a receiving country) in good coordination with the leading country.
Main responsibilities:
• Single point of contact for XPS adds contracts implementation
• Is responsible for achieving the administrative tasks required for the XPS database update (XSM), and for the GCC to have the devices in scope status
• Eases coordination & communication between the different Xerox services without interfering with their own roles & responsibilities
• Rigorously achieves the different steps required for the operational implementation of XPS, in collaboration with the GCC
• Takes part in the search for solutions when problems are identified by the Xerox stakeholders, the Customer, or Partners during the rollout of devices and services
• Works in good coordination with the Initial Care project Manager, in charge of rollout of new equipment for fleets > 20 devices
• Contributes to the Go-Live preparation, in support of the GCC
• Identifies and manages project risks in collaboration with the XPS Specialist
• Creates all project rollout deliverables (for new projects > 10 devices)
• Ensures proper handover to the Local Delivery Center which will then assume the steady state activities after GCC escalation
