Functional and administrative leading of a team of developers with different technologies and applications in portfolio
Responsible for employees skills and team development (follow-ups, motivation, integration of new members, annual appraisals, etc)
Hiring of new employees in agreement with the needs of the company
Managing of budget for corresponding services, cost control, forecasts
Manage projects in different areas and focus on time/budget/quality
Coordination of tasks/priorities/workload/quality of deliverables in alignment with stakeholders
Coordination of requirements in cooperation with METRO SYSTEMS Germany (Travelling from time to time)
Management of escalations within projects and support areas
Experienced leadership skills
Ability to work with different teams in areas of development, maintenance and support
Analytical reasoning and problem solving skills
Customer orientation in daily support activities
Very good communication skills. Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, to commute on tasks, to work under stress.
Self-motivation for achieving professional results
Knowledge:
Experienced leadership skills , at least 2 years of management is required
Relevant experience in Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle database, ERP systems
Experience in Microsoft Navision will be a plus
Fluency in English
