Job Location : Pantelimon, Ilfov
Creation of layouts for smaller local printing projects, e.g. flyers, adverts, etc. – either by usage of layout templates supplied by marketing Haiger or autonomous in compliance with our corporate design guidelines
Creation of respective data for various media (PDFs for offset printing, suitable files for web graphics, PowerPoint presentations…)
Processing of print orders and advert placements (obtaining offers, bid evaluation, order handling…)
Interface and contact person between the Marketing department in Romania and the Marketing department- South-east Europe
* Excellent knowledge of Adobe Indesign
* Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Finished professional education in the field of graphics / layouting
* Optional: Basic knowledge in the fields of offset printing and web design
* Fluency in English; additional language skills in German are preferable
* Ability to work independent and under pressure
* Commitment and the ability to work in a team
* Ability to create Win-Win-Situations in negotiations where there are contradicting demands
