Evaluarea proactiva a nevoilor de recrutare impreuna cu managerii de departamente pentru a intelege specificul fiecarei pozitii si pentru a atrage candidati valorosi
Crearea profilelor pozitiilor, precum si a anunturilor de recrutare
Gestionarea etapelor procesului de recrutare si selectie pentru pozitiile vacante - postarea anunturilor de recrutare, screening CV-uri, programarea si sustinerea interviurilor, realizarea listei scurte de candidati, verificarea referintelor, ofertare.
Identificarea si selectarea celor mai eficiente canale de recrutare in functie de specificul fiecarei pozitii
Gestionarea si actualizarea bazelor de date cu candidatii intervievati
Mentinerea unei comunicari deschise cu candidatii pe tot parcursul procesului de recrutare
Dezvoltarea proactiva a unei relatii cu specialistii din domeniul farmaceutic pentru a identifica potentiali candidati valorosi pentru organizatie
Participare in implementarea proceselor si sistemelor noi privind activitatea de recrutare si selectie
Identificarea si participarea in evenimente dedicate domeniului farmaceutic – targuri de job-uri, proiecte pentru studenti, conferinte, s.a.
Participare in interviuri de exit si analiza rezultatelor reiesite cu scopul de a recomanda actiuni de imbunatatire a climatului organizational
Implicare activa in procese de integrare pentru colegii noi.
Studii superioare finalizate
Minim 3 ani experienta in activitatea de recrutare si selectie; experienta de minim 1 an in domeniul farmaceutic constituie avantaj
Experienta in managementul proiectelor de recrutare, inclusiv in gestionarea mai multor proiecte de recrutare simultan
Atitudine proactiva, orientare catre clientul intern si extern
Bune abilitati de comunicare si negociere
Bune abilitati de organizare si planificare
Cunostinte de limba engleza – nivel mediu
Bune abilitati de operare PC (pachetul MS Office)
