Supervises the implementation and utilisation of the CMMS and checks and validate the maintenance plan.
Receives the work request for corrective maintenance and forwards them to the competent Specialist. Checks and validates the maintenance work orders prepared by the discipline specialist. Analyses and selects the equipment to submit to preventive/predictive maintenance and assigns the relevant criticalities and establishes the “type of maintenance” to be applied.
Defines the route to follow for the execution of predictive maintenance and, for the equipment, checks and validates the inspection card and analysis card prepared by the discipline specialist. Defines and manages the complete cycle of preventive/predictive maintenance programme, for the equipment belonged to his discipline.
Participates to the weekly meeting where, on the basis of the resources availability and of the priorities, establishes the corrective and preventive work to be carried out in the following week. Directly supervises the specialist in the scheduling of the work orders in CMMS, according to the decision taken in the weekly meeting.
Re-schedules the work orders that, even if scheduled for the current week, cannot be executed.
Analyses the Efficiency Factor in relation to each work order closed out, so as to detect the differences between the estimated resources and those actually utilized to take action for improving the efficiency of forecast
Analyses the historical data provided by the CMMS and, for each equipment, calculates the MTBF (Main Time Between Failure) and MTTR (Main Time To Repair).
Obtains from the CMMS the monthly reports for corrective and preventive maintenance costs for analysis and considerations.
Specific experience and deep knowledge of the following:
Centrifugal pumps, Volumetric pumps, Diesel and gas engines, Air compressors, Gas Turbines, Alternators, Gas compressors, Pressure vessels, Columns & Tanks, Ejectors, Heat exchangers
Power generators; Power transformers; Electrical motors; Insulation and grounding testing equipment; Digital and analogical measuring and control instruments; HV/MV substations; MV switchboards; Power centre (PC) and motor control centre (MCC) switchboard; AC/DC auxiliary control circuits; Power distribution network; Electric safety equipment; Detectors ; Transmitters; Controllers; Control valves; Recorders; Actuators and transducers; Electronic circuits; Pneumatic circuits and equipments; DCS and PLC HW/SW configurations.
At least 10 years working in a similar position in the Oil & Gas Sector.
