For our Client , a luxury 5 stars castle hotel , 20 rooms ,located in Ireland we recruit a Pastry Chef de Partie, Restaurant Manager, Accommodation Supervisor, Assistant Front Office Manager , F&B Supervisor, Fine Dining Waiter and Junior Sommelier
CONTRAC DETAILS: full time contract with a commitment for a min 1 year contract, accommodation and meals provided free of charge ; 28 days paid holiday, excellent salary package and working environment; starting date 1st April 2016 .
REQUIREMENTS: fluent English, excellent customer service and passion to deliver outstanding standards of service . min 1-2 years experience in the position on offer into a 4-5 stars hotel or fine dining restaurant
