Job 19517 – Pastry Chef – 4 stars hotel , 120 rooms, Bristol - 1300 gbp/month netto , accommodation provided free of charge ; Busy hotel operation with 14 chefs in the team producing a wide range of traditional and modern food from fresh produce. Chef is required to producing a range of modern desserts, breads, petit fours, cakes etc. Must have good skills with fresh food. Previous experience within a 4 star hotel is essential.
