-Install and configure the Desktop systems and applications;
-Implement network infrastructures including cabling, passive and active devices;
-Remote or on-site client interventions ;
-Hardware and software diagnostics and resolution;
-Address incidents, monitor ticket queue, and coordinate with other personnel;
-Communicate effectively with customers;
-Technical implementation of security controls;
-Maintenance of internal security controls;
-Conducting vulnerability and penetration testing;
-Monitoring intrusion detection and prevention systems.
-Minimum 3 years experience in the field ;
-Very good Italian working language is a must; English is a plus;
-Solid knowledge in networking and PC management;
-Significant experience in Operating Systems and applications;
-Familiar with hardware and software diagnostic tools;
