This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established international company from the automotive industry. Your main duties are as follows:
Develop and implement short/long term HR initiatives in support of business unit's strategic objectives and operational metrics
Counsel and coach management and employees in addressing behavioral and performance challenges including employee investigations
Drive a culture of performance, results and positive employee relations
Provides legal support in human resources, ensure that HR policies, practices, programs and processes are in line with client's standards
The successful candidate should have the following attributes:
5+ years experience working with MS Office and HR Systems
Certified HR Officer (Personnel Inspector)
Experience with and excellent knowledge of Romanian HR law, practices and policies
Six Sigma Green Belt/Fundamentals is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Economy, Sociology, Psychology or Legal
Additional education or trainings in Human Resources is a plus
Fluent in English, written and spoken
