Different location in Ireland and Malta (hotels, restaurants, etc)

Job description
contribute to the production of food items in accordance with instructions from the Sous Chef or Head Chef
manage relationships with distributors and resolve issues with vendors promptly
ensure safety and sanitation practice in the kitchen
keep up with industry and create new recipes in collaboration with Sous Chef or Head Chef
dedicated to food quality and control
able to work in a fast-paced environment
cooks guests orders according to their preferences
experiments to come up with new specialties that will draw diners into the restaurant


Requirements:
2 years of experience in similar position
good comand of spoken English (B1 – B2)
relevant professional qualification
experience in a hotel as a cook/chef (for the hotel vacancies)
must have a excellent self- presentation

for Ireland: In the first 2-3 weeks, the Candidate can stay in hotel, then - assistance in finding affordable accommodation

40 +Hrs / week

Transport from Ro - Ireland is initially paid by the Candidate, and reimbursed by the Company after 3 months.
Transport from Ro - Malta is supported by the Candidate
