We, Human Touch Consulting Group, are currently working with a partner company from Great Britain for placing candidates with medical / caring experience in Care Homes all over Great Britain. With years of professional experience, ISO 9001, CQC registration and a thick portfolio our partners represent a great ally when youare planning to start a career overseas!
Our partners only sign partnerships with the best Care Homes to find. Quality and responsibility are their key strong points. There is no reason for you to think you will find yourself employed in a bad workplace or worse, being unemployed. We will make sure that you will be placed at a good Care Home, that you will be satisfied with you’re job and career path!
Safety of employment:
Our company and our partners will make sure that every candidate that arrives in Great Britain is suited for the job and can get a placement in timeframe no longer than one month. We will not send people that don’t have the required competencies or certificates, so you will never have to worry about getting to Great Britain, with time and money invested and no job opportunity.
Our recruitment process and the people involved in it work in you’re interest so you can get a good and safe job, a fair wage and a fulfilling career. The only thing that remains for you to do is improving you’re skills so you can become even more successful!
On arrival in the UK, our partner requires sight of:
• Two written references;
• Police (Criminal record certificate);
• Health (Medical record certificate) checks;
All of the above translated into English by an authorized translator (submitted on letterhead with official stamp and signature)!
No later than two days before your departure, our partner will require scanned copies of the same documents!
Candidates are advised to arrive with at least £250 - 300 to cover the following expenses:
- cost of transport (from the airport to training base; from training base to work placement);
- cost of accommodation near your job placement and food expenses for 14 days before you receive your first salary.
• A minimum salary from £7.50 gross per hour, £7.70 gross per hour in 3 months continuous assignments with our partners, £7.90 gross per hour in 9 months continuous assignments with our partners and £8.10 gross per hour in 12 months continuous assignments with our partners;
• A commitment to promote you to our client with a view to securing a short term temporary work placement for a period of between 3-12 months with view to permanent employment, if desired (if you provide the required information and you are suited to work as a care home assistant or nurse our partners will make sure you will not remain unemployed for a long period);
• Reimbursement of travel expenses up to £100;
• Assistance securing permanent accommodation;
• Cover with Public Liability insurance;
• Application for a valid criminal check in the UK (POVA / DBS);
• Assistance opening a UK bank account;
• Advise you about your status as a Worker;
• Assistance in obtaining the NMC PIN for Qualified Nurses;
• Advise regarding the career development opportunities;
• Assistance with travel plan from airport to training base and from training base to work placement.

• Uniform (if needed);
• Career Insurance.
