Our client is a multinational IT consultancy company and at this moment is opening a Branch in Chisinau, Moldova. Therefore we are recruiting an outstanding candidate who posses managerial and project development knowledge combined with English and Romanian languages skills.
Main functions and duties:
Provide leadership and vision to the organization;
Recruiting and coordinating project staff;
Overseeing production and coordinating projects;
Provide recommendation regarding investments and cash strategies;
Preparing the annual budget;
Implementing the company's politics and procedures;
Acting as a Business Developer on local market.
1. Advanced knowledge of English language; Excellent written and verbal knowledge of Romanian language
2. A minimum of 3 years experience in people and business management;
3. A minimum of 5 years experience as software developer in C++ and Java;
4. University studies in IT field or related;
5. Experience in telecom software development is a plus;
6. Business oriented and very organized;
8. Ambition and willingness to develop further in the career.
