IT SERVICE MANAGER for operation in NIGERIA. The person will be responsible for:
Team Recruitment – training, briefing and supervision
EPOS Network Management –supervising maintenance of 15,000 EPOS Terminals
Administration – record of Terminal maintenance program
Organisation – shift planning and logistics management
Reporting – on-going Liaison with IT-Operations Management
Operations and Finance-Manager
The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:
Will be educated to degree level, have a background in: IT Operations, ideally EPOS Network Management, with at least three to four years' man-management experience;
Will be an IT Hardware Expert with proven operational management skills;
Will be an independent thinker, a quick learner, motivator, and have good problem-solving skills;
Will have proven experience in team recruitment, training / briefing and supervision;
Very good communication in English (French is a plus).
