Primary Activities and Responsibilities
•Ensure full compliance with the directions defined by the Company by contributing to their proper application in the Company;
•Guarantee the issue, updating and implementation of Company Organizational Procedures, in compliance with the relevant company ones;
•Supervise the process for preparation and review of the Company Work Instructions;
•Verify and approve the completeness and the correctness of the content of Quality and HSE Plans prepared for the Projects and propose any changes, corrections or additions;
•Plan and guarantee the execution of audits and inspections on management system and Projects, ensuring the training and the qualification of the concerned personnel;
•Manage the execution and the verification of the effectiveness of any necessary corrective and preventive actions;
•Collect data related to the performance and the operation of the Quality and HSE management system, in order to prepare company statistical processing, developed for management reporting, to be used in the continuous improvement process;
•Formulate and promote actions for the continuous improvement of the Quality and HSE management system for all Projects;
•Ensure, through assignment of the necessary resources, that the activities of projects are being performed in adherence with contractual obligations and in compliance with the Quality and HSE Management System;
•Ensure the planning and providing of education/information/training activities with regard to QHSE for all Company resources;
•Assist Company's QHSE Department in obtaining and maintaining certification of compliance with reference standards for the management system, promoting communication with the parties involved and managing relationships with the local certification bodies;
•Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the development of the relevant international standards;
•Ensure the optimization of cost overhead and the achievement of objectives defined in the concerned budget;
•Ensure the motivation and the professional growth of the QHSE Function employees.
- At least 10 years of experience in this QHSE domain;
- Fluent in English - mandatory;
Objective
Prepare, implement and maintain updates, in coordination with Tecnimont QHSE Vice President, of the processes necessary for the local Quality and HSE Management System in compliance with Company policies and requirements and the reference standards (ISO 9001, ISO/TS 29001, BS OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, SA8000).
Ensure the development and implementation of the Quality and HSE Management Systems for Projects.
Organize and coordinate the activities of the local QHSE Function.
