Multi discipline design of drill floor and substructure for semi submersible rigs and drill ship.
Design to be in accordance with classification Rules from DNV and ABS and partly Norsok Regulations and NS-EN Standards.
Tasks:
Perform 3D modeling and design of various outfitting steel structures like platforms, walkways, stairs, handrails, ladders and minor equipment supports
Perform 3D modeling and design of pipe supports and multi supports structures for supporting HP/LP pipes, cable trays etc-Experience with producing pipe isometric drawings extracted from AutoPlant 3D model
-Experience in producing Bill of material and material take at different basic information like P&Id,s and also from 3D models
- Competence on relevant piping materials and fabrication specifications used in offshore installations; like Norsok specifications.
Software:
Bentley Microstation V8i and NavisWorks Viewer.
Qualifications:
- Experience in design of pipe supports and/or outfitting steel for modules/installations within oil and gas industry.
- Good knowledge in 3D modeling preferable by using Microstation CAD software.
- Experience in drawing production on Microstation (2D).
- Knowledge to DnV and ABS Offshore Rules/Regulations and Norsok standards.
