RESPONSABILITATI

• Gather and define requirements of the technology together with the client
• Consult with client to ensure agreement on system infrastructure principles
• Design and define system to serve new purposes or improve work flow
• Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints
• Produce gap analysis reports
• Write other technical and configuration specifications
• Assist with the solution design to meet technical requirements
• Participate in the sales phase with the client and provide input into the proposal
• Become a content expert on the project to serve as a source for members of the development team
• Coach and mentor the project teams developers


CERINTE

Skills & Knowledge
• HBO (Higher Vocational Training) or University in Information Technology
• A minimum of 3 years experience in financial services, preference Insurance Risk Management
• Experienced in risk management, insurance
• Knowledge of modern methodologies (UML, RUP, DSDM) and SOX-compliance
• A minimum of 3 years experience in commercial development projects
• Experienced with J2EE Java
• Working knowledge of UML design and modern development methods
• Working knowledge of database technologies such as SQL and Oracle is preferable
• Good verbal and written skills in English
• Good communication and social skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work under (time) pressure
